We like to give all online businesses the benefit of the doubt. So we invite them to contact us.
This particular business first sends you an email with a warning on the subject line: Re: Domain Notification: This is your Final Notice of Domain Notifi... Then they ask you to post a cheque. They post a contact email which doesn't work, they give no company or busines details, except, of course, for the address which you must post your cheque. There is no telephone number to actually speak to somebody. All they provide you with is enough information to pay them. They claim to be a domain service. However, they make the form resemble an official form, such as the type you recieve to renew your domain. They claim to be a domain service, yet HAVE NO WEBSITE, and if they do have a website, give no details of this. 
Look for the 
logo on any website's homepage. If they don't have it, make
sure they do before you shop there!
